First class and no in seat entertainment was a bummer. Also, the meals are super mid. What you get just doesn't meet expectations for what you get

Worst airline to ever exist. Your glitz in your system cost me thousands of dollars. And none of your customer service representatives cared at all. None of you wanted to help me you saw me with a little boy by myself struggling to go through the airport, and not one of your representatives offered to help you actually wasted more of my time. When I got to the gate, you would not let my four-year-old little boy onto the plane even though I had a ticket for him. You made me go all the way to the customer service representative service desk all to tell me that there was a glitch in your system and he does have a ticket, but my plane had already left by the time I got back. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life. You guys need to contact me as soon as possible with a courtesy voucher for the time I wasted in that airport, dragging my four-year-old and luggage all over the airport. Do better!

Poor management verging on outright scam. This company makes billions in profits each year and takes hundreds of millions of taxpayer subsidies. Their gross incompetence has personally costed me tens of thousands of dollars over the last week thanks to last minute cancellations (literally at the gate waiting to board cancellations). As a travel agent I used to recommend United, but I can no longer do so. The US needs to pass real consumer protections to keep companies like this honest. Time to pass a Passenger Bill of Rights.

I don't fly often, but when I do it's almost always with United Airlines. I wasn't particularly thrilled when they took over Continental because I felt the benefits were better. I also don't like the extra charge for the economy plus seating for a little but of extra room. However, I have always received great service that was friendly and professional.

I'm a premier silver member and I was upgraded to first class on a recent flight from LA to Houston. Now this usually never happens to me so I was extremely thrilled! I truly felt pampered and received VIP treatment. They even made a cocktail for me called Pie in the Sky that is now my new favorite drink. The flight was smooth and we even landed 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Thanks United for the perfect ending to my weekend getaway.

Absolutely ridiculous. Was not able to attach Mileage Plus number and wanted to use my miles to upgrade to 1st class. Called in to United and was on hold for over 3 HOURS...........Then spoke to a rep who added my MP number but said I didn't have the miles to upgrade, saying their was a glitch in the system. Then stated that it would be $656 on top of my $400 ticket to upgrade, when their website stated it was $159 for the 1st class upgrade. She then stated that price would not be honored since that was a glitch on their website. This is not my first issue with united just the first time I chose to spend the time to write a review. I am done with United Airlines after this flight.

Once again I wish Google had a negative star rating - I would click on as far to the left as possible.

These guys did not post my credit back on the card and then made approaching anyone on the phone nearly impossible to speak to.

I don't even want to leave a star and I wish I didn't have to but I'll credit it to our pilot and flight attendant. Our flight was late and we missed our connecting flight. The connecting flight left early and left 6 passengers. We understood that there was nothing we or the airlines could've done to fix the situation by that point but we had the WORST customer service from a woman named "Rhonda" at Houston Intl airport. She works in customer service and I cannot understand why. Customer service should be CUSTOMER SERVICE not a bad attitude. She made the situation so much worse. You can thank Rhonda for making your company look bad and disrespecting 5 United plus members.

Just on flight UA2318 back to Dallas TX from Denver. I politely asked the flight attendant if the emergency row was empty and if i could move, the responses, “ Yes it’s empty, but we do not need you seating there” great job United!!!!! Oh let me added that no one is seating in either emergency exit row.
