Lucy Logan is brilliant, calm, extremely knowledgable and nothing is a big deal, definitely the person you need on your side when buying a property in Spain. She knows all the laws speaks fluent Spanish and converses with lawyers and anyone else you need her to speak to, nothing is too much trouble. She has saved our bacon twice, the second time would have been disastrous without her, she spoke to the lawyer and found out that the property would have been under joint ownership with another person and the land was not separated from 3 neighbours. If you are buying in Spain you definitely need Lucy to look into all the paperwork independently from estate agents and lawyers. You can then make an informed decision with all the facts. She looks into the tax office, local councils, provinces and their laws, property registration, Affo’s, bank accounts, Nie applications, just to name a few, anything to do with buying and living in Spain. I successfully applied for and received a Non-Lucrative Visa (all by myself, no help… during the pandemic no less) and moved to Spain in October 2021. And true to form, as soon as I got to Spain, I dropped the ball. I failed to register locally as is required. A Facebook acquaintance from one of the many expat groups I joined recommended this firm and specifically Lucy Anne Hayes-Logan who I can’t recommend or thank enough. She was reassuring in letting me know that I hadn’t really missed the deadline, facilitated all the paperwork and appointments (including rescheduling once I booked a trip that conflicted with my initial appointment), and did so for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with establishing residency in Spain.
