Everything seemed like a good idea at first, but it ended up being an expensive mistake.
I signed up a couple years ago in order to have a virtual business address to receive mail, boost my google presence, hide my personal address, etc.
First reason I don't recommend them is that their practices seem unscrupulous and their attitude is predatory. I cancelled my agreement on September 4, 2024 but they are somehow able to keep me in the contract and won't let me out for 12 more months. I will now pay office fees until Sep 30th, 2025.
Second reason is that virtual offices are no longer effective to boost your presence online. Google will not accept virtual office addresses for google businesses and you will not get that benefit of having an office address.
Thirdly, it's very difficult to get USPS to recognize your business address as a legitimate place to send mail. This was not made clear when I signed up and I had multiple clients send checks to this address that I never received. After I discovered the problem on my own, I applied with the United States Postal service to add this as a business address and the application was denied. I didn't receive the rejection until months later. I'm sure others have been able to do this, but the paperwork is a headache I wasn't able to solve.
I tried to solve all this for a couple years. Finally, since I had to use my own address for everything anyways, I tried to cancel my service and received their legal "gotcha" treatment.
So long story short:
- Unscrupulous billing practices and predatory attitude towards customers.
- Much more legal hassle and paperwork with the USPS than it seems.
- Useless for google business promotion.

I have been a client at this location for 20 years. The monthly billing repeatedly is incorrect for the past 4 months. Credits are applied and then recharged for payment. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I spoke to the individual at the Arlington location name Kacee off ballpark way that was very rude and unprofessional showing no experience of customer service. I’m highly disappointed in how this employee represents Regus.I will never recommend any of my business colleagues or clients to conduct business with Regus now or in the future.

My experience with Regus, N. Arlington, has been overwhelmingly positive. From the beginning, Mandy Russell was very helpful in providing information and assisting in my search to find a suitable workspace. Kim and Aileen are not only helpful as well, but have the patience of saints when handling the (many) requests I’ve had daily.

And, most importantly, the coffee area is nicely stocked!

I’ve enjoyed both the facilities and convenience at Regus, N Arlington, and will be recommending their services to others.
