Beyond the incredible coffee on tap, the architectural details, spacious layouts (hallways you can walk through next to people), and original artwork you will find the core element is the staff at Common Desk. They continue to go above and beyond and are always positive every time I see them engaging others. They seriously make this location what it is; home for working. The facility is great but the craft of continual and consummate care is something they provide personally that extends warmth and authenticity.
I have clients and guests that are highly impressed by the Common Desk - Factory Six03 team. Megan and Jade truly present the best of management and customer service! The professional yet personable vibe is perfect for building a community.

Showed up today after purchasing a day pass online. There wasn't a single staff member at the facility to let people in. I called the main phone number and was informed that the facility was closed due to an all-day training. There was no notification of this on the website where day passes are sold, and there was also no e-mail notification. I had been to this Common Desk location several times before, so they absolutely had my e-mail on file. To add insult to injury, I had already paid for parking and was hobbling around on an injured foot. I ended up wasting an hour of time and ultimately missed a morning meeting. Would not recommend Common Desk to anyone, and I would give it zero stars if that were an option.

I've helped teach for a non-profit using this location. The facilities are always clean, there is plenty of space for any size meeting. If you've been working from home & want to take some baby steps back to the office, this is a great option.
There are beautiful murals, available coffee (& hot water, tea, etc.) as well as a few snacks & a full kitchen with cafeteria-like dining area.

The newest Common Desk in Dallas' West End is 5 star! It's super spacious and laid out really well. Very chill cowork environment. Plenty of conference rooms and not too crowded. Megan and Jade hold it down here with smiles, tacos, and plenty of coffee!

This is easily one of the most thoughtfully designed coworking spaces I've ever stepped foot inside of. The staff make sure that you feel welcome right from the moment you walk in, and the member community is wonderful. If you want to work in a space with rich history and a big future, this is the place to be.
