DO NOT SIGN ANY AGREEMENT OTHER THAN A MONTH TO MONTH. Why? Once you sign an agreement with Regus they are unwavering on forcing you to pay for the entire program even if you are not happy. Second, account services is only email, no one will call you to assist. It took 17 days to get my account activated due to tech issues. I told them I was on a tight timeframe and had to go with another company. I explained all of this and they simply stated "You signed a business agreement and are liable." even though they did not execute on their end in a timely fashion. Now I am out over 700 dollars and will not even be using the service. Here is an exerpt from the emails they send.

Please understand you may proceed with the termination as per the previous explanation. For an early termination, we hold firm to the agreed-upon service dates in our agreements. This is a business commitment.

I apologize if you are not completely satisfied with your experience with us in any way. We can explore how to use the remaining months left on your agreement to your best advantage if there are changes happening which would better serve your business by receiving support from us differently. And note any amendments in your agreement can be done by the local centre, not the Account Help Desk.

So please do the termination request through your online account.

And should you require further assistance, please raise a new query through the help section of your online account.

If you are considering using their virtual office or mail handling service... DON'T. They will straight up scam you. They will charge you for service and not forward the mail you pay to be forwarded. For months they have not forwarded me my mail. I caught them red handed after multiple letters with tracking were delivered and they did not forward it to me. I also had a friend send a letter to my leased mailbox and Regus, "Return To Sender" on the letter after holding it for some time instead of forwarding to me. The customer service is equally as horrible. Once contacted Regus they refused to credit me for the months they did not provide me with my service. On May 26, the manager, Hailey Gonzalez, told me she would overnight the mail at Regus cost and guess what.... SHE NEVER DID. She straight up lied or was too lazy to fulfill on what she promised me via email. AVOID REGUS. BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS.

The center team has been so helpful. If I had any questions regarding my invoices, they were there to help. Andrew Rincon is the center Manager and is very helpful. I greatly appreciate all the help from them. Great Team!

I am very unhappy that being a paid business customer I was made to feel unwelcome. They were late in 3 weeks for starting my service even though they were paid. And they slap you with $36 late fee for missing the payment by mistake during these difficult Carona virus times when all business are struggling. They was no phone call or email giving notice.

Please don’t go near them. Unfortunately I am stuck for 10 more months in a contract. Please don’t do such mistake.

This company should be shut down by the government for theft. They send you an invoice for $2,000, and then hit your card for more than $4,200. When you try to contact anyone via the Help feature, nobody responds. The local IWG workers on the ground have no way to undo the mistakes made by corporate, so you have to dispute charges through your bank. There is literally nobody to talk to at IWG. The response to this review will likely be “contact customer support blah blah blah.” There is no customer support. It does not exist.

So far so good. We are a start up not expecting to launch until Feburary 2021 so all we needed was an address for now for legality and business filing purposes. From day one each person I've encountered via phone, email, or text have been friendly, professional, and informative! I'm a visionary so prior too signing up my daughters and I took a ride by the facility down town Dallas - once late at night, and once during business hours closer to closing time, just to get a feel of the surrounding area. It's down town Dallas so yes, you will see an occasional homeless heart in the area, but its overall beautiful and I can't wait until we grow into our very own office space next year as accounts grow. City transportation including rail is literally right across the street on the corner. SUPER huge plus for new hires in the future that may not have transportation to and from Downtown. I've been there before so I UNDERSTAND... Also, big plus for the Community Manager Raquel for allowing me to take care of everything remotely while my family and I slowly recover from COVID19. I was skeptical of all the negative reviews but considering I've worked in many professional roles prior too becoming an employer myself, I know negative reviews will ALWAYS make it's way online before a positive review would. So taking the time out to write a positive review for my new business home address is the least I could do. So far I'm a happy camper. Happy Holidays everyone!

This company is a scam and you should run far away. We signed a lease and they wouldn't accept our mail or allow us to use our office. They didn't hold up their end of the lease agreement at all. We tried calling and emailing multiple times to cancel our lease and couldn't get a response from anyone. I will be calling the bank to stop payment.

The one star rating is due to the unethical practice of misrepresenting validated parking. If you park here, be sure to question "parking validated". When you validate parking, they bill you for what the parking garage service charges AND then include a Regus "convenience fee" of $14.00. So, my $8.00 parking for less than 1 hour evolved into a $20.00 fee because Regus chose to gouge their customer base. Lee, their front desk representative reasons that "most customers do not carry cash", so that is the justification for a $14.00 convenience fee. As a consumer, I expect to be given a full understanding of charges prior to seeing them on an invoice. I hope this information will help other businesses make informed decisions when parking at this location.
